What items are returnable?

All items that adhere to the following criteria:

The request is within 14 days of purchase

Item is in its original condition

Unwashed and unworn

Tops can be returned or exchanged

Bottoms can only be exchanged if the hygiene strip has not been removed. 

We do not accept returns on sale items

Are there any charges for returns?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

You are responsible for return shipping charges

You must send your item within 2 days of a return being approved or your order will not be refunded.

 How do I return?

Enter your order number and email address in the fields provided

Follow the on-screen instructions and select the items you want to return

You will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied by the original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Return instructions

1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email.

2. Go to local post office, or another courier to ship the package. The return address for the package:

3. Please provide the tracking number from your post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep track your package by receiving emails for shipment updates.

4. You will receive an email as soon as we have received your items and when the refund is approved.

Note: If your online return is not accepted but your order is within the policy guidelines you can take this image off our site, print it, fill out the form and send it back to us with your order.
